Brian Shaw Win Independence Day Thriller at Fayette County Speedway

 

BROWNSTOWN,IL— Brian Shaw of Robinson, IL took home the Independence Day victory at Fayette County Speedway for the Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals after holding off charges from a variety of contenders throughout the 25 lap event. The event marked Shaw’s first tour victory of 2018.

Lucas Lee Lays Down Win at Clarksville Speedway

 

Lucas Lee of Paris, TN survived the caution heavy feature event to win his first Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals victory of 2018 at Clarksville Speedway. Lee took to the high side early in the event and went unchallenged for 25 laps around the red clay banked 1/4 mile. Lee had previously claimed victory at Clarksville Speedway in 2015’s edition of the Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals.

Conoyer Dominates Field at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55

 

PEVELY, MO — June 30, 2018 — St Peters, MO’s Rick Conoyer brought home his first Summit Modified Nationals feature victory of 2018 completing his sweep of evening. Rick was able to maintain his lead throughout the race as Mike Harrison worked the extreme high side of the track trying to make up ground on the blistering pace set by Conoyer.

Kenny Wallace Picks Up 1st Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals Event of 2018 at Terre Haute Action Track

 

TERRE HAUTE, IN. — June 29, 2018 — After two weeks of top fives and near misses Imperial, Missouri driver Kenny Wallace scored his first Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals win of 2018 Thursday night at Terre Haute Action Track (IN). Wallace took the lead with 3 to go after a side by side duel with Ray Bollinger ended with the 77 car of Bollinger spinning in turn one while making an attempt to retake the lead from the 36 of Wallace.
